Actually, there is a lot that you can do to avoid having similar problems. The first thing you need to do is to ensure that you are not downloading anything that may be malicious. What I mean is, make sure that you are not downloading any files that may be harmful to your computer.
Next, you will want to make sure that you have an anti-virus installed in your computer. I have mine set up with Norton, but there are others out there that work just as well. They just vary in how often they update their definitions. You also want to make sure that your anti-virus is up-to-date. When it comes to your computer, that is the number one thing you want to do.
Secondly, windows registries can sometimes get corrupted. What happens is that the windows registries becomes corrupted. This can happen when you have files that are deleted, or you have them edited. If you then try to restore your computer, and it doesn’t work, then it is probably corrupted. There are various newsletters like PC Zone that will tell you about free PC security software. Of course, they also have their own reviews of it. If it fixes your problems, then you will want to download it.

The million dollar question is, what do you need to do to save a project? For this we will examine a popular method that many online companies use: the WordPress Deployment Method.
First, you must decide what you want to save. For this example we will assume you only have one site that you want to save. This is the easiest step. Once you know what you want to save please read the following section carefully.

You will receive another warning that the files won’t be backed up without a password. However, you can keep the files there if you want. However, you will probably have to scan them to delete some trojans and other infections.
Backing up your files can be as easy as taking a flash drive and putting your documents in it. Or you can take a CD and put them on another hard drive. There are many ways to save your files.
Scan your computer and look for files that may have changed. You may have to search through your documents to find the changed files. If you want to save your work, but not lose everything else, save the files in a folder other than where you keep your computer.
Make a zip file of all the files and save it on a safe location. In order to do this, run Adobe Acrobat on your computer and open a zip file.
